INDEMNITY POLICIES

Stop Dreaming Technology Pty Ltd take no responsibility whatsoever and will not pay any insurance claims of any kind, for damage caused by incorrect use of tweezers/ implements used with the Own Eye Magnifier or damage or injuries caused by any  improper or incorrect use of the Own Eye Magnifier or of its lighting or any of it's components. 

** NB. We strongly advise that anyone with shaky hands or who is infirm MUST NOT use tweezers near their eyes.

Stop Dreaming Technology Pty Ltd. is committed to the new Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information.

The Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles.

• Information collection :-

We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold when you request products and or information from us will include your name, address, email and contact details. The only personal information we collect is what you tell us about yourself when you complete an online form or when you send us an email, we record your address.

• How we use your information :-

We use the information we collect for the purposes disclosed above. We will not use or disclose your personal information without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law.

Generally we will only use your information :-

1. To establish and maintain your relationship as a customer of Stop Dreaming Technology Pty Ltd.
2. To provide the products and services you have requested.
3. To administer and manage those products and services.
4. To advise you of specials on products or to introduce new products.

Stop Dreaming Technology Pty Ltd will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files.

The Internet is not always a secure method of transmitting. Accordingly, Stop Dreaming Technology Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorised access or use of that information.

NOTE: Stop Dreaming Technology Pty Ltd will NOT be held responsible, or accountable for misuse of Own Eye TM Magnifier and its lights or any instruments used whilst attending to your eyes. 

All reasonable care by users is expected and assumed.

DUTY PAYABLE POLICY

* Please note that any or all Import Duties or Taxes etc sometimes due on products imported into various countries will be payable by the Customer and NOT the supplier of the goods nor the Freight  or Postal company who delivers the goods. 

RETURNS POLICY.

REFUNDS :-  14 days Money Back Guarantee on purchase.

         Guaranteed against quality and workmanship and materials for 5 years

         but excluding breakages of  lights and mirror lenses.

 * Note: Spare Lights and all components are normally in stock.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any valid reasons, we will offer a refund as long as you contact us within 14 days of purchase & we acknowledge receipt. 

Within the 14 days you may contact us to discuss your needs. Another Model may suit you better.

 We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

• To ensure a full refund please notify us or return goods within 14 days.
• Please ensure product is securely wrapped in bubble wrap etc, if possible return in original packaging. Take extra care around the expensive mirror lens. Unclip the lights and return in small box or container making sure that lights are switched off please.
• All components, parts and accessories plus instructions must be returned in their original condition.
• Refund will be arranged on our receipt of goods, providing these conditions have been adequately met.

• Goods damaged in transit :-

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will replace the product on condition that you return to us, the damaged product, packaging and all fragments for us to assess damage for an insurance claim.

• Method of Refunds :-

Stop Dreaming Technology Pty Ltd will refund to your credit card or email us to discuss other methods.

• How to Make a Return :-

Firstly, contact us re the reason you wish to return / exchange the product WITHIN 14 DAYS.

Print out and fill in the  Returns Form below and return product  plus all accessories and components, in its original condition and with its packaging.

Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation record / email also the receipt for your product. Send registered post, insured to the value of  purchase price.

Please add a copy of  form below complete with all relevant information. It may be printed from your computer.
